Shipping Policy

Shipping times are dependent on your location.

Most of our products are shipped instantly from our suppliers the moment you confirm your payment. Therefore, transit time will take longer days than expected (in some cases).  Be assured that we will coordinate closely with the courier and the supplier to get accurate tracking numbers updates in 1- 3 business days.

*If for some unknown reason you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number or tracking updates – Please don’t panic! Just shoot us through an email at support@dazzleraccessories.com and we'll make sure you receive it! 

  • UK orders typically take about 2-5* weeks after processing and transit time to be delivered. However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date. Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.
  • International orders typically take about 2-7** weeks after order processing to be delivered. However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date.  Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.

* This means that your order is shipped from our partners in Poland, China, Hong Kong, etc. 

** Unfortunately our global suppliers for some countries do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@dazzleraccessories.com as soon as possible.

dazzleraccessories.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

* Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy:  We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone).  In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.  dazzleraccessories.com cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout.  Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order.  We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door :)

dazzleraccessories.com will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.

  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

dazzleraccessories.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

  • Once you place your order you receive a confirmation email.

  • Once your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

Tracking my order?

When you're dealing with worldwide international shipping tracking numbers aren't available for about 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. If not there please email support and we will send you your number.

Why is my order stuck in transit?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 2 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so I thank you ahead of time for your patience.  

Where's my package?

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@dazzleraccessories.com with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).

Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn't available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
